Today, we poured the foundation for 10709 Valley Vista Road Austin, TX 78737 for our new Randy Lawrence Homes custom home.
Shortly after our New Construction Home Loan, the crews started clearing out the land on the lot. Bulldozers to Bobcat tractors came and went during this process. A port a potty, portable toilet appeared. The forms were raised. Then the dirt came in by the truckload, think about 17 truckloads of different kinds of dirt were dropped into the forms, where the concrete foundation will be poured in the next step. Plumbers came out and installed the plumbing. Electricians installed the in-ground electrical wires. Were were able to have other custom items added during this process. When the forms were nearing completion with the dirt rows, the insulated rebar was installed along with the foundation cable tension system.
After a successful inspection, delays were caused by the folks at the ConocoPhillips 66 pipeline folks, but after some time, we were able to reinspect and arrange for the foundation to be poured.
